Hi! I am Arielle.

I am an herbalist, hair healer, medicine maker, and mother of two.

In 2018, I bought a medicinal seed starter kit on Amazon and an $8 community garden plot. The first year was rough, and I only ended up with about 1/3 of my space actually having herbs growing. Now, five years later, I am able to run a successful apothecary business with many of the herbs I grow myself in that same community garden plot!

The herbs that I don’t grow myself I source from local farmers, Jeni from Crystal Organic Farm being my first choice. I get questions about growing your own herbs often, and I just knew that I had to bring her wisdom in on this masterclass.

Hi! I’m JENI.

I am a Homeopath, Herbalist and Owner/Operator of Crystal Organic Farm in Newborn, GA. I like to say that farming found me when I needed it most.
With a background in fashion merchandising and sales, I was not your typical farmer, but the pull to return back to the earth was too strong to ignore. In 2014, I left a high level sales position for a farming job on Crystal Organic Farm with my now husband, Nicolas.
While I learned the ins and outs of produce farming, my true passion was for growing medicinal plants. As a studied homeopath and herbalist, I had experienced the power of plant medicine first hand, so it only felt natural to learn how they grow. I began growing a handful of herbs for personal use, only to see that there was a huge demand for local sustainably grown medicinal herbs. As word spread, more people reached out asking for specific herbs, so I kept growing them.. experimenting and learning along the way.
Today we have expanded our operation to growing over 40 varieties of certified organic medicinal herbs with an Online Farm Apothecary and nationwide shipping. Arielle was one of our very first herb customers and continues to be our biggest supporter. As her business expanded, so did our herb growing operation... and for that, we are truly grateful!
